SUPPORT US

Support Atitlán Women Weavers
Donate to help us support more women in the region!

Our cooperative currently provides economic opportunities for 25 women around Lake Atitlán who weave beautiful products to sell in the shop. They receive 75% of the profits made, which goes a long way in supporting families across the region. We would like to increase both the number of women we support and the amount they make through new projects as well as more materials and equipment.

Please support us by clicking the button below and donating to our projects. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated and will have a meaningful impact on the indigenous communities of Lake Atitlán. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us. We would be happy to provide you with more information!

On behalf of all the women at Atitlán Women Weavers, thank you for your kind support! ¡Muchas gracias!

Sponsor children around Lake Atitlán!

Children around the region don't always have the opportunity to go to school. But with a little support, we have seen many succeed in their communities and excel in their classrooms. Please get in touch if you would like to support other children in the region. As we are a small project and now own the property of the cooperative, we are able to dedicate 100% of the proceeds to the students to help them pay for their tuition and school supplies.

Here are a few of our sponsored students and some fun facts about each. Scroll through photos of them and their families!

Here in San Pedro, we are also looking for donations of school supplies, new or gently used sneakers for children, toys, and other items that could be distributed to families in our community. If you are planning a trip to Guatemala and could help us collect a few of these items, please let us know. We would be very happy to help distribute them and have you visit the local school with us! Muchas gracias :)
